As we continue to monitor the impact of the Covid-19 virus on Jamaica and comply with the guidelines that have been implemented by the Government of Jamaica (GOJ), we wish to advise you of further changes to our operations as we seek to ensure the health and safety of our clients and team members. These changes remain in effect until further notice.

Revised operating hours:

We are happy to continue to serve you.
Our revised branch opening hours remain 9:00 am – 1:30 pm from Monday to Friday. Based on this, our transaction processing times have also been revised. Effective Thursday March 26, 2020 all transaction requests must be received before 12.30 pm for same day processing, requests received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

In Branch Visits:

Come in and see us, but only if you must.
Effective April 1, 2020 all clients wishing to come into any of our Investment Branches island wide are asked to call and make an appointment ahead of time. This will ensure that we minimize your waiting time and maintain the prescribed numbers in our locations at any one time. Simply call your Wealth Advisor or the location most convenient to you to schedule an appointment.

Please remember to use the various electronic channels available to conduct transactions. Call your Advisor or our Contact Centre at 888- SAGICOR (624-4267) to have any queries answered so that you only come into branch if it is necessary. Also, if you have an email indemnity in place you can simply email your instructions or requests from the comfort of your home directly to your Wealth Advisor or to our respective Regional Service hubs at the email addresses below:

This transition may cause some delays in transaction processing times, so we ask for your continued patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
